Home Away From Home provides an organized program of services of supervised care during the day in a small community group setting for the purpose of supporting the personal independence of elderly or disabled adults that promotes their social, physical, and emotional

Home Health Care Services  
We provide in-home care services to home bound patients, disabled and others who need hands on help with daily activities. Whether you or a loved one has a chronic condition, recovering from illness, or simply in need of daily assistance, Home Away From Home can help.

 

Whether we provide you with Adult Day care services or Home Health Care Services, all Home Away From Home personnel are oriented to the importance of being sensitive to the needs of our clients and their families.
